Newspaper article titled "Arab Leader Appeals to Jews to Return to Pre-War Status," dated September 4, reporting on M. Michel Beiruti's views on Palestine as a spiritual home for Jews. Beiruti, a former member of the Palestine Advisory Council, argues against Palestine becoming a national-political home for Jews, suggesting Jews would leave. He advocates reverting to pre-1914 conditions.
